Job summary

Wieland North America, Inc is hiring a Maintenance Services Supervisor for its East Alton, IL on-site facility. You will lead maintenance activities, enforce safety and LOTO standards, and drive documentation excellence across workshops and outages.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, CMMS/SAP experience, and ability to manage inventory, vendors, and non-critical repairs while maintaining safety leadership and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5-7 years managerial experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills on industrial equipment.
• CMMS experience required; SAP experience a plus.
• Experience in a union environment implementing change initiatives considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance services with a focus on safety, reliability, execution, and documentation.
• Oversee Roll Grinding, Roll Building, Rebuilds & Refurbishments.
• Ensure complete work orders, condition reports, and job documentation.
• Maintain safe, organized shop environments and establish standard work and visual controls.
• Coordinate outages, procurement, and material management with proper documentation.
