Job summary

Omni Interlocken Resort, a Four-Diamond Colorado resort near Denver, is seeking an Engineering Coordinator. You will ensure timely processing of paperwork projects, coordinate guest requests, and dispatch work assignments via Synergy.

The role requires at least two years in admin/office management in a fast-paced setting, familiarity with maintenance or engineering, and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Synergy, Opera, Birchstreet and Dayforce.

Qualifications

• This role requires at least two years of administrative/office management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with maintenance or engineering environments is highly desirable.
• Proven computer skills with Microsoft Office and a range of facility management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and respond to guest requests and work orders using the property management system.
• Maintain Engineering inventory and Birchstreet records.
• Maintain records including preventive maintenance, work orders, and vendor tickets.
• Process requisitions and distribute paperwork to accounts payable and departments.
• Oversee daily payroll and time-off/logs for accuracy.
• Solicit pricing and bids from vendors for storeroom items and major projects.
