Job summary

Bray International, based in Houston, TX, runs an 18–24 month Leadership Rotational Excellence Program (LREP) onsite five days a week. You will rotate through four core areas—Manufacturing Operations, Technical Product Development, and Product Management—receiving mentorship and hands-on challenges to accelerate leadership and engineering growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering as stated (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial).
• Based in Houston, TX area or willing to relocate for the program duration.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel during rotations.

Responsibilities

Program Overview

The LREP is an immersive 18–24 month rotational program based in Houston, TX, crafted to fast-track the development of future technical and business leaders at Bray. This program combines real-world project experience with structured mentorship and training, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of our business and operations.

You’ll rotate through four key business functions:

• Manufacturing Operations
• Technical Product Development
• Product Management

Each rotation offers hands‑on challenges with real impact — preparing you for a successful transition into an engineering role upon program completion.
