Job summary

GALLO is seeking candidates for its Technical Management Development Program in the United States. The program provides hands‑on experience across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and technical business functions through rotations in winery operations, packaging, bottling, and more.

You will rotate through areas such as reliability maintenance, process technology, IT, and data science, while learning from leaders and mentors to grow toward independent responsibility within an engineering

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited engineering degree or has a Bachelor/Master in engineering.
• Includes prior engineering internship or Gallo internship experience.
• Cultivate Internship Program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join GALLO’s Technical Management Development Program to gain hands‑on experience across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and technical business.
• Rotate through winery operations, packaging, bottling, cellar operations, capital projects, reliability maintenance, process technology, quality, IT, data science, and Lean Six Sigma.
• Learn from leaders and mentors to develop toward independent responsibility within an engineering or operations discipline.
