Job summary

GALLO invites high-potential leaders to join the Operations Management Development Program for hands-on experience and leadership growth across functions. Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university and working towards a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management.
• OR possess a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering or Engineering Management.
• OR Currently enrolled or have obtained a Bachelor’s or Masters degree plus a manufacturing internship or including our Cultivate Internship Program.

Responsibilities

• Join GALLO’s Operations Management Development Program and build a dynamic career in Operations through hands‑on experience, leadership development, and meaningful business impact.
• This rotational program is designed for high‑potential leaders who are ready to learn across functions, take on real business challenges, and grow their understanding of how our operations teams deliver results.
• You’ll rotate through a variety of leadership and technical assignments that may include winery and spirits plant operations, harvest operations, maintenance, supply chain, quality, performance engineering, EHS, sales, IT product teams, or Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Two of the three rotational assignments are expected to be in Team Leader roles with hourly direct report responsibilities.
