GALLO’s Technical Management Development Program offers engineering students hands-on experience across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and technical business functions through a structured rotational plan.

You’ll rotate through winery operations, packaging, reliability maintenance, process technology, IT, data science, and Lean Six Sigma, gaining practical skills and real-world impact under mentors who guide your growth.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate in an Engineering program with internship experience.
• Understanding of engineering fundamentals and ability to follow standard work.
• Willing to travel up to 5% and work variable hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a rotational program across engineering, operations, and manufacturing.
