Whirlpool Corporation in Michigan is launching the Full Time Program – Real Whirled Sales Development starting in March 2027. Trainees gain a strong foundation in brands, sales strategy, merchandising, and operations over a two-to-three year span at the global headquarters.

During the immersive training period, Whirlpool provides free housing, a cooking stipend, conference travel, factory tours, and more. Afterward, participants relocate for 12–18 months to a sales territory across the country,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 2.8 GPA.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship for this program.
• Willingness to travel and relocate domestically.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Immersive training across Whirlpool brands and go-to-market strategies.
• First rotation as Territory Sales Representative managing 30+ stores.
• Second rotation as Market Development Representative covering 50+ dealers.
• Incentive bonus potential based on performance to quota.
• Opportunities to progress into Sales/Marketing roles.
