Job summary

Swagelok offers a Career Development Program designed to develop the next generation of leaders and technical professionals. Recent graduates will rotate through three 12–18 month assignments across operations, engineering, and business functions, gaining hands-on experience and leadership skills with ongoing mentoring and training.

Participants will be exposed to operations supervision, manufacturing planning, sourcing, customer service, and human resources, with a focus on project execution,

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field.
• Completion of 1st rotation within Engineering Career Development Program with increased scope.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with LEAN/continuous improvement concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support three rotations across operations and engineering.
• Apply best practices to determine and implement next steps.
• Participate in LEAN/CEDAC and other improvement events.
• Provide technical support to engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
