Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Graduation date in May 2027.
• Proven interest in leadership development and intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to grow into future leadership positions.
• Strong technical foundation with demonstrated technical acumen and problem-solving ability.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in team environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge of key market segments through market research and customer engagement activities.
• Support sales growth initiatives by analyzing market opportunities and developing customer outreach strategies.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to support customer acquisition and retention.
• Assist in evaluating sales performance, market share, and competitive positioning.
• Participate in customer visits, industry events, and sales training to strengthen commercial acumen.
