Job summary

Watts Water Technologies seeks ambitious graduates for its three-year Operations Leadership Development Program. The role includes three 12-month rotations in Production Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Operations Project Management, and Leadership roles, with exposure to manufacturing lifecycle stages. You'll rotate across Ft.

Worth, TX; Ft. Myers, FL; Blauvelt, NY; and Hutchinson, KS, with travel for customer and field experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (required).
• Graduation date May 2027 or later.
• Interest in leadership development and long-term growth.
• Strong technical foundation and problem-solving ability.
• Internship, co-op, or project experience in engineering/manufacturing preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations by analyzing production processes, equipment performance, and metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis to support continuous operations.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to improve workflow efficiency.
• Contribute to capital projects, equipment installs, and new product introductions.
