Job summary

Pentair invites ambitious students to join a 12-week Leadership Development Internship Program. You will engage in real-world, strategic projects, receive mentorship, and participate in structured development activities aimed at building leadership capabilities.

You will present your project outcomes to senior leaders at the program’s conclusion and have exposure to potential future opportunities. The role includes relocation consideration across the U.S. and a competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in one of the specified engineering or computer science disciplines.
• Junior status with preferred graduation Spring 2028.
• Willing to work summer internship at one of listed locations (incl. Apex, NC and Sanford, NC).
• Interest in Pentair’s three‑year rotational leadership program and potential relocation across the United States.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Work on real‑world, strategic business projects during the 12‑week internship.
• Present objectives, processes, and outcomes to leadership at the internship end.
• Collaborate with mentors and peers and participate in leadership development activities.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
