Job summary

Integrated Industrial Technologies (I2T) in Pittsburgh seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive successful customer projects. You will develop engineers, improve project predictability, and shape the organization with practical leadership and a builder's mindset.

The role focuses on cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Fabrication, Procurement, and Operations, defining standards, coaching engineers, and expanding capacity to support I2T's growth while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Approximately 10 years of progressive engineering experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Proven ability to deliver customer-facing engineering projects from concept through commissioning.
• Strong coaching, development, and accountability skills.
• Excellent project execution, risk management, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary engineering organization across robotics, controls, software, mechanical, electrical, and vision.
• Improve project predictability and execution across the portfolio.
• Partner with Sales, Fabrication, Procurement, and Operations to align scope and delivery.
• Define future structure, roles, and leadership model.
• Build standards, reviews, and reusable methods.
