Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering and leadership experience.
• Strong background in backend, data infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Experience applying AI in production systems and with ML models.
• Platform mindset with ownership of interfaces and SLAs.
• Security-focused design and safe handling of untrusted input.
• Reliability and observability are core engineering concerns.
• Clear, direct communication with product and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision for content ingestion and evolve a real‑time AI‑native platform.
• Lead backend and AI data engineers, shaping team culture and standards.
• Define roadmap and commitments for content organization teams.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders across trust & safety and AI platform.
• Champion security as a first‑class design principle across the platform.
• Drive operational excellence, reliability, and on‑call readiness.
