You will mentor a diverse team, define roles, allocate resources, and drive strategic roadmaps while balancing rapid growth with scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fast paced environments.
• 4 years managing an engineering team (in-house and outsourced).
• Experience guiding a venture-backed product from launch to scale.
• Proven ability to ship high quality software on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee platform, applications, database, and tech infrastructure, delivering features on time.
• Directly contribute to building the platform, writing code, and shaping tech stack.
• Create and maintain processes to ensure high quality products are delivered.
• Lead engineering organization, mentor engineers, and manage resources and happiness.
• Inform strategic roadmaps, identify inefficiencies, and streamline execution.
• Make architecture trade-off decisions to balance growth with long-term scalability.
