You will drive the technical direction, foster vendor and partner relationships, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of critical platform initiatives for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience.
• Experience leading software engineering teams, preferably in a platform engineering context.
• Interest or experience in financial technology.
• Strong communication with cross-functional partners.
• Experience managing software projects across the SDLC, improving agile processes and planning.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to shaping our ambitious program of features, technical debt reduction, and scalability improvements.
• Coach and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Deliver solutions for our clients, drive software delivery and improve engineering processes.
