Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant Director of Engineering to lead the engineering department at a Hawaii-based resort. The role oversees maintenance across guestrooms, public areas and safety systems, while guiding capital projects and inventory management. Strong HVAC, electrical, plumbing and safety experience are essential.

You will manage a team, optimize energy and water use, and ensure seamless guest experiences consistent with Hyatt’s Care culture.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hotel or resort maintenance operations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, water systems.
• Proven safety and OSHA standards knowledge.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
