Job summary

Subway is seeking a Senior Manager - Insights Engineering to lead the design, development, and delivery of interactive analytics dashboards and React Native mobile experiences for franchisees, operators, and corporate teams.

You will head a team of front-end, full-stack, and mobile engineers, partnering with Data, UX, and business stakeholders to ship production-grade data products at scale while balancing speed and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Production web and mobile apps experience, data-heavy dashboards preferred.
• Expert in React JS and React Native with TS.
• Experience with data visualization libraries and large datasets.
• SQL proficiency and API consumption knowledge.
• Experience leading engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the analytics apps engineering roadmap from conception to release.
• Lead frontend and full-stack development in React/TS and React Native.
• Collaborate with Data and Platform Eng to design APIs and data contracts.
• Ensure quality with CI/CD, testing, performance budgets, security.
