Job summary

Subway is seeking a data analytics professional to develop and execute standardized reporting and ad hoc analyses globally. You will coach team members, partner with business and IT, and drive informed decision-making through data-driven insights.

You will lead end-to-end analyses, present actionable results, and contribute to data warehouse and reporting improvements while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or business-related discipline.
• Strong analytic skills and experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal experience.
• BI reporting and dashboard development experience using Tableau.
• Strong SQL development/scripting (Amazon Redshift preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet requests from business teams.
• Experience building workflows in Alteryx.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• AI/ML/Data science experience is a plus.
• HTML code writing skills is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently designs and manages analyses from start to finish, including stakeholder meetings and project timing.
• Analysis and communication/presentation of actionable results.
• Interact with key partners such as business team and IT partners.
• Conduct ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested.
• Act as strategic consultant to help interpret data for informed decisions.
