Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with leadership experience
• Proven track record delivering complex Agile projects
• Experience modernising established codebases without stopping delivery
• Effective collaboration across distributed/offshore teams
• Desirable: document or records management, OCR or search pipelines

Responsibilities

• Scope and deliver quarterly OKRs with reliable commitments
• Own stakeholder communications on progress, risk, and dependencies
• Improve release cadence and production deployment frequency
• Manage team workload to maintain sustainable delivery
• Define architecture for document ingestion, storage, retrieval at scale
• Enforce security standards for sensitive data
• Drive engineering quality with automated tests, CI/CD, observability
• Mentor engineers and grow technical leaders
