You will lead an autonomous engineering team building modern full stack web applications using the latest UI frameworks, .NET core backends and cloud-native technologies across multiple jurisdictions. Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience delivering Agile projects in regulated domains.
• Proven ability to balance technical excellence with deadlines.
• Desirable: payroll/HCM or HRIS domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Scope, prioritise, and deliver against quarterly OKRs and deadlines.
• Own architecture for high-volume, time-critical pay-run processing.
• Guide integrations with tax engines, ACH/e-filing and third-party providers.
• Set data governance and security standards for employee data.
