Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (related field)
• 6+ years of experience in medical devices or related tech products
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Strong systems engineering background integrating software, electronics, and mechanical hardware
• Knowledge of medical device design controls, risk management, V&V, and lifecycle management
• Willingness to travel internationally if needed under passport

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: primary technical authority for multidisciplinary enabling technologies and system architecture.
• System Integration: translate concepts into complete medical device products with defined interfaces and performance requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align clinical/business objectives with technical architectures and executable plans.
• Regulatory & Quality Compliance: support design through lifecycle ensuring adherence to FDA, EU MDR, IEC, ISO standards.
• Risk & Lifecycle Management: identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; oversee verification and validation.
• Team Mentorship: coach multidisciplinary teams to foster technical excellence and sound engineering practices.
• Technology Roadmap: evaluate AR, navigation, AI, sensors, visualization, and automation for future products.
