Qualifications

• Proven track record leading engineering managers and individual contributors.
• Experience managing budgets and resources for large engineering orgs.
• Subject-matter expert in embedded/FPGA-based systems with digital/analog sensing.
• Ability to define cohesive electrical architectures integrating mechanical/software.
• Experience delivering multi-year technical roadmaps for complex products.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide people leadership across PCBA and FPGA teams; hire, promote, and develop leaders.
• Define and drive electrical/electronic system architectures and roadmaps.
• Set objectives, budgets, and resources; align with business unit strategy.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements across programs.
• Communicate complex topics to senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
• Drive process improvements, best practices, and new methodologies.
