You will collaborate with HR partners and leadership on strategy, build processes, and drive talent initiatives. The role demands data-driven decisions and a proactive, ethical approach in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Applied Sciences, or related discipline.
• Ability to recruit at regional/national level, preferably in corporate environments.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and ability to analyze data.
• Experience hiring mechanical, electrical, firmware engineers, project management and product management roles preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Strong prioritization and self-organization skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Leadership on recruiting strategy and to achieve company goals.
• Build Talent Acquisition capabilities through relationships, processes, and technology.
• Define and build programs addressing business talent needs with a consultative approach.
• Foster a data-driven organization by tracking metrics and trends to drive results.
• Share ideas within the TA team to continuously improve processes and increase value to customers.
• Own daily work with ethics, responsibility, and discipline, understanding impact on customers and the company.
