Job summary

PIMCO is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team in New York, on-site five days a week. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Technology roles and advise senior leaders on market intelligence and sourcing strategies.

Collaborating with HR colleagues across geographies, you will drive candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations while partnering with campus and EMEA teams to deliver exceptional service and results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring technology professionals, including developers/engineers, project managers and business analysts; financial services experience preferred.
• Strong interviewing/assessment skills with a keen eye for identifying top talent and ability to influence and close candidates in highly competitive situations.
• Excellent client relationship management skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for a range of technical roles, with primary ownership for the Global Technology function across geographies and seniority levels.
• Advise senior stakeholders on the talent acquisition process including market intelligence, sourcing strategies, search execution, and offer negotiation.
• Identify and implement sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Drive recruiting activities; develop and maintain relationships with prospective candidates and business unit leaders and HR colleagues.
• Develop and execute search strategy and workflow in collaboration with senior management for all open positions including direct sourcing and search firm engagement.
• Partner with Compensation, HR Business Partner and hiring teams to formulate and deliver offers.
• Collaborate with campus recruiting and EMEA talent acquisition teams to share best practices and provide seamless service to internal clients.
• Maintain the accuracy, quality and integrity of all recruiting information in PIMCO’s ATS.
