Phillips Medisize, a Molex/Koch Company, offers a 12-week Engineering Internship for Summer 2027 across multiple U.S. locations. Interns join teams focused on product development, process efficiency, and quality assurance to gain real-world manufacturing experience.

Locations include Little Rock, AR; Phoenix, AZ; Caldwell, ID. Interns select location preferences and may receive offers for full-time opportunities after the program. Visa sponsorship is not provided for this role.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Engineering degree or alternative program (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate or upskilling program).
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2029.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support product development processes ensuring robust design and manufacturability.
• Develop cost-effective manufacturing strategies for new products.
• Update work instructions and maintain engineering records to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with NPI or Sustaining engineers to debug and validate products.
