Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex/Koch Company, offers a 12-week Engineering Internship this Summer 2027 across Wisconsin locations including Eau Claire. Interns support product development, process improvement, and quality assurance with cross-functional teams.

Selected interns gain hands-on experience, exposure to compliance and safety, and potential consideration for full-time opportunities based on merit and business needs.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Engineering degree program or equivalent
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2029
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Engage with a focused team of engineers to support the product development process and ensure manufacturability
• Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing strategies for new products
• Update work instructions and documentation to ensure top quality products
• Collaborate with NPI and Sustaining Engineers to debug new products and processes
• Support plant engineers in production capacity planning and process improvements
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet business goals
