Responsibilities

• Engage with a focused team of engineers to support product development and manufacturability.
• Develop and implement a cost-effective manufacturing strategy for new products.
• Update work instructions and maintain engineering records to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with NPI or Sustaining Engineers to debug products and validate performance.
• Support plant engineers in production capacity planning and continual process improvements.
• Work with engineers from various disciplines to meet business goals.
