Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex/Koch Company, is seeking Engineering Interns for a 12-week summer program across Wisconsin. Interns will support product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance with a focus on compliance and health and safety.

The internship runs late May to mid-August 2027 in locations including Hudson, New Richmond, Menomonie, Eau Claire, and Phillips, WI. Candidates should be enrolled in an engineering degree program and be eligible for full-time employment by Summer 2029.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an engineering degree or equivalent program.
• Eligibility to work full-time in the United States by Summer 2029.

Responsibilities

• Support product development and manufacturability across multiple disciplines.
• Develop cost-effective manufacturing strategies for new products to meet delivery needs.
• Maintain up-to-date engineering records and resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with NPI and Sustaining Engineers to debug and validate products.
• Assist plant engineers with capacity planning and process improvements.
• Coordinate with quality, manufacturing, and project teams to meet business goals.
