Responsibilities

• Engage with focused engineering teams to support product development, process design and quality assurance.
• Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing strategies for new products to meet customer requirements.
• Update work instructions, resolve quality issues and maintain engineering records.
• Collaborate with New Product Introduction and Sustaining Engineers to debug new products and processes, validating performance and meeting customer needs.
• Assist plant engineers with production capacity planning and continual process improvements.
• Work with engineers from multiple disciplines to meet business goals.
