Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex/Koch Company, is seeking Engineering Interns for a 12-week Summer 2027 program in Wisconsin locations: Hudson, New Richmond, Menomonie, Eau Claire, and Phillips. The internship focuses on innovation, development and manufacturing within medical device industries.

Engineering interns will be assigned to locations across the U.S. to support product development, process efficiency and quality assurance, with emphasis on compliance, safety and health.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an engineering degree or alternative program.
• Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2029.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Engage with engineers to support product development and manufacturability.
• Assist in developing cost-effective manufacturing strategies for new products.
• Update work instructions and engineering records to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with NPI or Sustaining Engineers to debug new products and processes.
