Job summary
Procter & Gamble is offering a 12-week Engineering Internship at the Boston Go & Tech Center. You will explore Intelligent Controls & Automation, mechanical design, and packaging, collaborating with R&D and Manufacturing teams on cutting-edge projects.
This hands-on program emphasizes mentorship, leadership development, and real ownership from Day 1. You will gain exposure to Industry 4.0 tech, data analysis tools, and a range of engineering disciplines while supporting sustainable manufacturing
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
- Willing to complete a 12-week internship May–August 2027.
- Willingness to relocate for Summer 2027 internship and in-carrying career growth.
Responsibilities
- Support Intelligent Controls & Automation design, development, and deployment.
- Contribute to Mechanical Design & Development of equipment and prototypes.
- Assist in Converting & Packing engineering and packaging projects.
- Collaborate on Manufacturing Process Development and line optimization.
- Support Instrumentation, Metrology, and quality control initiatives.
- Assist Robotics and environmental/civil engineering tasks as needed.
