P&G is offering a 12‑week Engineering Internship at the Boston Go & Tech Center where you’ll contribute to intelligent controls, mechanical design, and packaging engineering. This role supports R&D and manufacturing with a focus on Industry 4.0, automation, and sustainable processes.

You will work with cross‑functional teams, gain hands‑on experience, and receive formal training and mentorship from experienced engineers. Ideal for students pursuing engineering degrees with a hands‑on mindset.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
• Eagerness to contribute to projects, manage timelines, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills; basic understanding of control concepts, sensors, motors, PLCs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Willingness to relocate for the Summer 2027 internship and continued relocation throughout your career.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and implementation of control systems, robotics, Industry 4.0 technologies, and AI/ML solutions for process control.
• Assist in mechanical design and development of innovative equipment from modeling to prototyping.
• Refine technologies for material conversion and high‑speed packaging projects.
• Collaborate with R&D to scale up innovative processes and optimize production lines.
• Support design and maintenance of precision instrumentation and metrology systems.
