Job summary

Procter & Gamble is offering a 12-week Engineering Internship at the Boston Go & Tech Center, with hands-on projects spanning intelligent controls, mechanical design, packaging, and manufacturing optimization. You will work closely with R&D and Manufacturing teams to deliver real-world solutions and gain exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies.

The role requires a current Bachelor's in Engineering, with an anticipated graduation window 2027–2029, and a willingness to relocate for the summer

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to drive results in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to a dynamic internship.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and implementation of control systems and automation for manufacturing processes.
• Assist in mechanical design, prototyping, and equipment development.
• Contribute to material conversion and high-speed packaging projects.
• Collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing to scale up processes; assist in validation and optimization.
• Gain hands-on experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and metrology systems.
