Qualifications

• Must be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field; entering junior or senior year.
• Minimum overall GPA 2.8.
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of how processes interact to achieve safety, quality, cost and delivery goals.
• Develop understanding of CNC machining processes.
• Experience Lean manufacturing and product development.

• Analyze processes for productivity and safety improvements.
