Responsibilities include posting job ads, resume screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and HR reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and HR experience are preferred, with Deltek CostPoint knowledge a plus. US citizenship is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in recruitment or HR functions preferred.
• Experience with HR software; Deltek CostPoint knowledge a plus.
• Experience in engineering/manufacturing environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage online job postings and responses.
• Screen resumes and coordinate with internal customers.
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Prepare hiring documentation and onboarding.
• Prepare recruitment status reports.
• Handle HR questions and requests for assistance.
• Assist in Federal and State HR compliance reporting.
