Worley invites high-potential graduates to join its 2-year Graduate Development Rotational Program in Monrovia/Long Beach CA. You will rotate across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction, gaining hands-on experience from concept through handover.

Mentored by experienced professionals, graduates build technical, business, and leadership skills while collaborating on global projects and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction, or related field.
• Foundational knowledge and coursework aligned to your discipline.
• Ability to apply academic learning to real-world problems.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects across Engineering, Project Services, and Construction across the full lifecycle.
• Complete structured rotations across key functions with hands-on experiences.
• Contribute to discipline activities during each rotation (engineering design, project controls, field services).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in project meetings and reviews.
