Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper seeks an Engineering Project Manager for its Williamson, NY facility. This onsite role leads medium to large projects, overseeing capital planning, budgeting, design reviews, installation, commissioning, and handover to operations.

You will steward risk, timelines, and stakeholder communication across multiple teams. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or business, 5+ years in PM, and experience with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management preferred.
5+ years of project management or similar experience.
Experience with manufacturing technologies and capital projects.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).

Responsibilities

Coordinate project teams, assign responsibilities, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion.
Develop capital expenditure requests, scope projects, and manage budgets and schedules.
Lead projects through the stage gate lifecycle from scoping to handover.
Manage project stakeholders and communication.
Identify and resolve project roadblocks and risks.
Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover of equipment.
Control budgets, spend projections, and timelines to meet goals.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards.
