Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Allentown, PA is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Planner to lead TPM driven improvements. You will implement rapid change, be a hands-on team builder, and prioritize multiple projects under the Senior Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities include planning preventive maintenance, driving PM data accuracy in the CMMS, auditing TPM procedures, updating equipment data and spares, and leading lean events (5S, autonomous, Kaizen).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Experience in TPM, Lean, Kaizen/Six Sigma events in manufacturing.
• Strong experience with maintenance planning and CMMS systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership of cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and communicate preventive and routine maintenance for TPM events and downtime.
• Drive CMMS work order completion and data accuracy with prioritization.
• Lead PM procedure audits and reduce unplanned downtime via TPM tools.
• Update Equipment FLOC & BOMs and maintain critical spare parts lists.
• Lead TPM planning and execution across site equipment and overhaul reviews.
• Support predictive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop high-performance teams and lead lean transformation via TPM.
