Job summary

RTX is seeking a senior engineering professional to support and lead closed-area engineering operations. You will develop artifacts for emerging tech deployments, tailor engineering workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to address root causes and drive improvements.

Requirements include a university degree or advanced degree with substantial relevant experience, and the ability to work in secure, classified environments. US citizenship and security clearance are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 7–10+ years of experience.
• Advanced degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in technical support, engineering tools, or digital workflows.
• Ability to work in classified/secure environments with US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and support engineering operations across locations.
• Lead processes and artifact development for emerging tech solutions.
• Tailor and align workflows to meet program requirements.
