Job summary

Cool Clean Technologies, LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own procurement and inventory end to end for engineered CO₂ cleaning systems. You will bridge engineering and purchasing to translate complex BOMs into actionable purchasing plans, stocking strategies, and vendor orders to keep production on schedule.

You will also collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to prioritize improvements based on vendor and supply considerations, while maintaining accurate inventory data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing with procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or production support.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering BOMs and drawings and translate them into purchasing actions.
• Highly organized with accurate inventory data management.
• Strong communication across engineering, sales, and production.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering BOMs for complex engineered-to-order systems.
• Set and maintain inventory parameters including minimum stock levels, reorder points, EOQ, and safety stock.
• Manage the reordering process and issue purchase orders to support the production schedule.
• Own vendor relationships: source, qualify suppliers, negotiate pricing and lead times, develop backups.
• Align inventory with demand by coordinating with sales and production to translate projections into material requirements.
• Maintain procurement data in ERP (SAP Business One) and coordinate across tools (e.g., Monday.com).
• Manage lead times and risk for long-lead materials like specialized components.
• Support cost control through sourcing strategy, consolidation, and inventory optimization.
• Partner with engineering, fabrication, and quality to ensure parts meet specs and compliance.
