Job summary

AccruePartners is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to maintain and organize engineering drawings, manuals, and reports. The role focuses on extracting metadata and updating enterprise document management systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

You will coordinate reviews with engineering and asset teams, handling metadata, classifications, and documentation workflows to support ongoing maintenance and asset lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting engineering documentation and records management.
• Proficiency with document management systems such as CastPro or Maximo.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize engineering drawings, manuals, and reports.
• Extract and enter metadata into enterprise document management systems.
• Coordinate document reviews across multiple stakeholders to support timelines.
• Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and searchability of critical records.
