Job summary

Acara Solutions, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Document Control Support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will manage CAD drawings, maintain document control systems, support engineering and construction teams, and ensure facility records stay up to date.

You will work with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Tririga to keep documentation accurate, complete, and readily available for stakeholders across projects in facilities and operations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of AutoCAD CAD experience in design or facilities.
• Experience creating, revising, and maintaining engineering/facility drawings in AutoCAD.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Strong document control and records management ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update site plans, drawings, P&IDs, and facility documents.
• Manage electronic and physical document repositories and provide requested docs.
• Incorporate project close-out docs into as-built drawings and update CAD files.
• Perform field audits and measurements to verify drawing accuracy.
• Support work order requests and document control using Tririga and procedures.
