Job summary

Dynavac, a leading engineering and manufacturing company in Hingham, MA, seeks an Engineering Administrator to support the Engineering department. You will coordinate administrative activities, manage documentation, and ensure accurate release of drawings and materials.

Strong writing, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential. The role involves preparing Bills of Materials in Epicor, facilitating communication with the shop, and coordinating tests per SOW.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a technical field or 2+ years of engineering administration experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access.
• ERP software experience – preferably Epicor.
• Solidworks knowledge a plus and EPDM experience is helpful.
• Database knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes day to day engineering department schedule and administration.
• Input information into engineering materials data.
• Review, compile, and release engineering drawings.
• Develops and maintains engineering document control procedures.
• Facilitate communication with the shop by preparing necessary drawings/files.
• Prepares Bills of Materials in ERP system (Epicor).
• Maintains the drawing release process.
• Supports acceptance testing documentation and SOW-based Factory/Site tests.
• Assist with spare parts lists and customer drawing submittals.
