You will coordinate with the Engineering team via phone and email, ensuring proper coding of invoices and requisitions, and you will help uphold safety standards and procedures across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answer and prioritize incoming calls from guests, members, and employees

• Maintain department records, spreadsheets, and correspondence
• Code and file invoices and purchase requisitions accurately
• Coordinate with Engineering to move work orders forward and resolve issues promptly
