Rippling is seeking an Engineering Director to lead a 15‑person org focused on employee transitions, terminations, and AI‑assisted HR workflows at enterprise scale. You will define the product and technical strategy for agentic HR processes, ensuring transparency, approvals, and auditability across complex organizations.

You will drive a durable architecture, collaborate with product, design, data, AI, and engineering, and hire and develop leadership talent to execute a strategic roadmap.

Formación

• Experience leading an engineering director or equivalent in a multi-team product org.
• Proven ability to develop leadership capacity and scale products for enterprise customers.
• Experience owning high-stakes, workflow-heavy platforms with auditability and policy controls.
• Experience delivering major product or system transformations while shipping improvements.
• Experience with AI agents, AI-assisted workflows, or decision automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a combined 15-person team, including managers, senior ICs, and emerging leaders.
• Define product and technical strategy for AI-assisted workflows and agentic HRBP.
• Oversee transition and termination workflows across enterprise organizations and jurisdictions.
• Ensure high performance, reliability, accuracy, and auditability of workflows at scale.
• Partner with customers and GTM teams to translate cases into durable product roadmaps.
