Rippling is hiring a HR Business Partner to support our rapidly growing Engineering team within R&D. You will shape our high-growth organization by driving HR strategy, programs, and leadership enablement in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with NAMER Engineering leaders to translate business priorities into people actions, influence organizational health, and coach managers on complex HR matters.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of HRBP experience.
• Broad HR expertise: performance, employee relations, org design, compensation cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with NAMER Engineering leaders to translate priorities into people actions.
• Advise on organizational health, leadership effectiveness, and manager capability.
• Drive HR work streams from diagnosis to execution with strategic context.
• Lead core HR programs for Engineering including performance, engagement, and compensation cycles.
• Leverage Rippling and AI tools to improve insights and reduce manual work.
• Identify patterns across Engineering teams and propose pragmatic HR improvements.
