• Develops designs, layouts, construction drawings, and material requirements for complex utility infrastructure projects.
• Interprets and applies engineering standards and memos.
• Provides technical consultation and recommendations for customer and company systems and processes; validates studies and designs.
• Evaluates effectiveness of current design processes and participates on teams.
