Job summary
BTI, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business, seeks a Technical Delivery Manager in Washington, DC to lead EEOC technology initiatives. You will drive engineering delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee cloud migrations, design reviews, and deployment activities.
The role requires coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring secure, scalable solutions, and communicating progress to EEOC stakeholders. On-site DC work is expected.
Qualifications
- Experience as an engineering lead coordinating software or systems development.
- Ability to coordinate system, application, or platform integration activities.
- Proven experience guiding cloud migration initiatives and technical design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the engineering lead for EEOC technology initiatives.
- Coordinate technical development activities across engineering and project teams.
- Lead delivery and integration of applications, systems, platforms, and supporting tech.
- Coordinate cloud migration planning, sequencing, implementation, and transition.
- Guide solution design to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable outcomes.
- Promote collaboration among developers, engineers, architects, cloud specialists, security, PMs, and stakeholders.
- Translate business and technical requirements into engineering delivery plans.
