BTI supports mission-critical programs across defense and civilian agencies, with core expertise in cybersecurity, program management, enterprise IT, and technical oversight services.
BTI is currently searching for a Technical Lead to fulfill the roles and responsibilities below:
The technical lead will design, develop, and maintain the complex filing application or similar solution from end to end. This role requires deep expertise in cloud technologies, security protocols, and system integration. They will work closely with the Product Owners and IT Federal Project Manager (FPM) to fully understand the functional and technical requirements of the EFAST. They will actively participate and provide input in the major design decisions, and work with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), system owners, customers, and end-users to understand their mission, current architecture, security requirements, and deliverables. With a focus on the project release goals, they will work with the team within an Agile framework to build a design that will scale to meet the evolving needs. Additionally, the Technical Lead will design and develop the system to set the standard for future development and craft an architecture that works smoothly with the existing infrastructure without compromising security. Lastly, they will identify and introduce new opportunities to build platform-based solutions to help the users meet their toughest challenges.
