Job summary

Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is seeking a Technical Lead to design, develop, and maintain a complex filing application from end to end, emphasizing cloud technologies, security, and system integration. You will collaborate with Product Owners, IT Federal Project Manager, SMEs, and system owners to translate requirements into scalable architecture.

Working in an Agile environment, you will influence major design decisions, enforce security standards including Login.gov authentication,

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related field.
At least 10 years of IT experience with 5+ years in design and development roles.
Experience translating process flows and business requirements into system design.
Front-end development experience using modern technologies (e.g., React JS).
Experience with relational databases and SQL scripting.
Experience implementing authentication using Login.gov (IAL-1).
Experience with ETL processes to load data from external sources.
Experience with Agile development and Jira.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain a complex filing application end-to-end.
Collaborate with Product Owners, IT Federal Project Manager, SMEs, and system owners to capture requirements.
Participate in major design decisions and ensure security and compliance.
